Every time we have stayed at this hotel, i have never had any issues. This time the room wasn't cleaned, the sink stopped was stuck and we had to get maintenance. The TV wasn't working.

We liked the location. WE were only around 6 miles from where our son lives so it was very convenient. The size of the room was perfect, a little bigger than most rooms that we have stayed in before at other hotels.

Everything was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the staff was phenomenal! Tommie, the lady that checked us in went above and beyond to get us taken care of quickly in an efficient and professional manner. She really made us feel welcome! The lady that checked us out was great too!

Everything was nice but when I ran the water at the bar it came out brown. Checking out I was crying and the staff was very caring and nurturing. Thank you !

My kids and I enjoyed our stay was so relaxing the kids really enjoyed playing in the pool the breakfast was wonderful

I was quite impressed has clean the entire facility was. The room a double queen bed room was super clean including bath. It all look brand new. Bed was very comfortable, my only complaint was pillows too soft, but that is a personal preference. Front desk staff very welcoming. Breakfast very good. No runny eggs, potatoes a little uncooked but all in all very tasty.
